Celebrity Chauffeur offers a CDL Drive Program, that helps inexperienced drivers of commercial vehicles get a Commercial Driver’s License in accordance with the US Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier and Safety Administration and the Department of Public Utilities in the State in which each student resides. This CDL Program offers new students a fun carrier in the Chauffeur Transportation Industry with hands on training using the Limousines, SUVs and Buses of the Celebrity Limousine Worldwide Network. Inc.

This course starts out by teaching students how to safely pass the educational portion of a CDL Exam. We are currently doing the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Once passed, we than sponsor each student who is given a CDL Permit and we provide the vehicle needed to complete their road test which is usually scheduled about 90 days later.

Our CDL Drive Program teaches new students how to safely operate commercial vehicles starting with a maximum capacity of 10 passengers, then 14 passengers. Students are then taught how to operate large SUVs with maximum capacities of 18, 20 and 24. Eventually, students are taught how to operate 20 passenger buses, then 30 passenger buses which have air brakes. 

We are currently sponsoring students who are seeking to obtain a CDL License with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements on vehicles that are under 26,000 lbs. The cost for our CDL Drive Program is hourly. Unlike our competition, we do not charge the same rate to experienced drivers that we would charge for an inexperienced driver. We have learned throughout the years, that some drivers learn fast and some drives learn slow. That is why we charge by the hour. Upon completion of the CDL Drive Program students will be qualified to drive for Transportation Companies anywhere in the United States. Celebrity Chauffeur also offers a Job Placement Program to assist in the job placement of each graduate. The average pay across the limousine industry for chauffeurs who drive Commercial Vehicles with more than 15 passengers is $25-$40/hr.
