All chauffeurs must download, read, print, sign and turn in each level of training to their sponsor within 30 days. Each Level of training must be completed within 7 days. Their are quizzes for each level of training. To go on to the next level of training, each chauffeur must pass the quizzes for each level. After levels 1 ,2 and 3 are completed, all quizzes will be added to the chauffeurs Qualification File along with all necessary DOT Forms as required by the FMCSA.

It is also to help other limousine operators raise their standard of limousine excellence to a higher level.  The Limousine Industry should not be equal to the Transportation Industry.  It should be higher.
